If our opinion agrees with the original, we won’t charge a diagnostic fee

Just Call Roy”s and we”ll provide you with a free second opinion. If another service company has provided you with a written estimate within the past 30 days on a specific part, we will provide you with a second opinion on that specific part for no charge. (A written diagnosis from the previous company may be requested before performing the inspection of the failed part.) Should our technician clear the part as functional, a complete diagnostic inspection of the unit will be performed at the time of service for $69.00 to diagnose your system.

If our opinion agrees with the original opinion, we will offer you the option of having us replace the part and we won”t charge a diagnostic fee. Most parts are stocked on our trucks and can be installed immediately. If you choose not to replace the part, there will be no charge for our second opinion.
