Roy’s Plumbing completed a gas line removal/capping for a utility line we no longer needed. Josh B. was great— knowledgeable, friendly and efficient. And we got some feedback about our other plumbing items that we’ll have the team back for in the future.

Amazing job on all the projects we have done so far. From electric to installing ac heat and hot water tank. To last weekend snake our drain to find a plug that has caused us headaches for last 6 months that another company dropped down there and didnt mention. This group comes to play and actually cares about their customers. I requested service to look at my AC unit airflow and 2 individuals came out. Dennis and his colleague were highly knowledgeable, thorough, and did not try to find problems just to sell new equipment which other companies do. They identified a potential diffuser issue that could be contributing to my issues and made several recommendations that I could explore if the issue persisted. They were also able to send out the techs in less than 24 hrs which is highly appreciated. Given how great the service was I signed up to become a member and will be using Roy’s for future HavAC services.
