The tech was very knowledgeable. He took the time to explain my sewer system. We also when out to the front lawn and pull the town sewer cover. He determine it is a town sewer problem. Snaking the sewer line from my house to the sewer system was not needed and I was not charge for that service. It is always nice to have honest techs that only charge you for services needed. I know word of mouth is the best free advertising. I will tell everyone about my best sewer service call ever. We all know sewer service calls are never good( almost never). Roy's Plumbing should be proud of this tech.

My technician, Sean, arrived on time and on my schedule, which was very important. I have been pricing hot water heaters, and although the price was slightly higher, the peace of mind of not having to sub-contract out for installation is worth it. It was frustrating shopping for a hot water heater as the plumbers are sub-contracted so i could not get answers as to time frame or installation costs. Sean was able to answer all my questions and i had a lot of questions! He even took the time to look at a few other issues. I felt very comfortable talking with him and did not feel pressured to make a decision tonight. He was very professional and friendly. I would definitely recommend Roy's.

I called to have some plumbing done and they sent a technician over the next day. He arrived exactly on time and knew immediately what the problem was. I have large trees in my property and the roots get into the pipes and plug everything up. Nick cleaned out the pipes and had everything running smoothly in no time. He was very efficient, pleasant, polite and answered all my questions and also there was no mess after the job was completed. I would definitely want him again when I have other plumbing issues. We recently moved into beautiful ranch home which we plan on retiring into and it needed some TLC work in regards to the both the boiler and the installation of central AC, a must have for my wife! The central AC became quite a project as a system had to be installed in the attic after exploring other options that just didn't cut it! Roy's plumbing made the process very smooth from the start and with Josh S. heading up the crew over the 2 days of installation, all was professionally done, neatly installed and completely explained as to how to operate and maintain the new central AC system! The techs have also done sanitary sewer cleaning/clean-out replacement and sump pump repairs since we moved in with no problems! I have never used this company in the past but I definitely will in the future. I had a clog in my main drain and called to have it looked at in the meantime I was able to free the drain myself and cancel emergency service until the next day. I was going to have the drain snaked to just for good measure and thier service tech told me he wouldn't want to oversell on me and that it is not necessary. He advised me to run the hose down the drain for good preventive maintenance. I got to say I was very impressed. I can always deal with a company that Pride themselves on honesty. Thank you
