Josh B and Jeremiah V were great. I needed the annual checkup & cleaning of my tankless water heater. They arrived and completed the work within the given arrival window. They were knowledgeable, thorough, and mindful of the area they were working in. They inspected the water heater and Josh explained everything before they started work. Josh answered my questions and made sure I understood and was comfortable with all tasks before they started work. Josh B and Tyler R installed a HALO water filtration system and did a great job. It’s a two day install. Both days they arrived on time, explained everything they were going to do before starting, and made sure I understood the every step of the process. Would definitely recommend Roy’s and these technicians.

I had water in my basement and they came same day to evaluate the situation. They were honest with me about the potential cause of the water and all of my options for remediation. I chose to have my sewer line jetted. They removed and replaced a very old, rusty cap and jetted the line. It took 30 minutes and they were done. I'm very pleased with the service and timely response. I would highly recommend.
