It’s been several years since we’ve needed a plumber, so when we eventually did, my husband and I weren’t sure who to call for help. My husband called Roy’s and was lucky enough to get Josh B. and Tyler T. They went above and beyond on the job and even taught my husband how to do it himself next time. We’ll only ever call Roy’s (and request Josh) in the future for our plumbing needs!

Jim came out on time, was incredibly friendly, and did the job he was called out to do. Explained how to maintain the line so I wouldn’t have so many issues, did not try to upsell me on services he didn’t think I needed. I ended up getting additional services for my own peace of mind despite him saying it probably isn’t necessary to do. I love a tech who isn’t trying to ram additional BS down my throat unnecessarily.

Ryan was professional and very understanding to my situation. He was patient while I voiced my concerns and knowledgeable when asked questions.

Christian handled a complex plumbing installation with great skill. He patiently answered all my questions and even resolved a few additional issues at no extra cost. Extremely knowledgeable, professional, and tech savvy. Truly a five star experience.

My sump pump failed and my basement flooded with 2 inches of water. What did I do? I called Roy’s Plumbing Heating and Cooling. since it was an emergency, they sent a technician out to my home within 30 minutes of my call. The technician, Nick Fyvie was very courteous and put me at ease quickly by assuring me that he would resolve my issue. And did he ever! He showed me several options of sump pumps they had available, patiently answered my many questions and helped me to choose the one that would suit my needs best. Nick then began the installation process of the new sump pump and quickly had my basement clear of all the water. I can’t say enough about the excellent service I receive from Roy’s Plumbing Heating & Cooling. I would highly recommend Roy’s for any of your plumbing heating or cooling needs!

Ryan did a complete spring tune up of my AC units. On time. Gave me updates on the condition of units and advice on filters. Polite. My dog liked him too. She's very judgemental.

Jim McNeil was excellent. He explained the situation well and was professional throughout the repair. He efficiently repaired the leak and took care of other matters. I would highly recommend him as a technician.

Evan came out to help clear our kitchen pipes and did a wonderful job! He was informative, helpful, and kind. No one likes cleaning gunk and he did with a smile on his face. I always recommend Roys and highly recommend Evan. Thank you!
