It’s been several years since we’ve needed a plumber, so when we eventually did, my husband and I weren’t sure who to call for help. My husband called Roy’s and was lucky enough to get Josh B. and Tyler T. They went above and beyond on the job and even taught my husband how to do it himself next time. We’ll only ever call Roy’s (and request Josh) in the future for our plumbing needs!

Jim came out on time, was incredibly friendly, and did the job he was called out to do. Explained how to maintain the line so I wouldn’t have so many issues, did not try to upsell me on services he didn’t think I needed. I ended up getting additional services for my own peace of mind despite him saying it probably isn’t necessary to do. I love a tech who isn’t trying to ram additional BS down my throat unnecessarily.

My sump pump failed and my basement flooded with 2 inches of water. What did I do? I called Roy’s Plumbing Heating and Cooling. since it was an emergency, they sent a technician out to my home within 30 minutes of my call. The technician, Nick Fyvie was very courteous and put me at ease quickly by assuring me that he would resolve my issue. And did he ever! He showed me several options of sump pumps they had available, patiently answered my many questions and helped me to choose the one that would suit my needs best. Nick then began the installation process of the new sump pump and quickly had my basement clear of all the water. I can’t say enough about the excellent service I receive from Roy’s Plumbing Heating & Cooling. I would highly recommend Roy’s for any of your plumbing heating or cooling needs!

They completed the installation thoroughly and professionally. They answered any questions we had, and call back in a timely manner. Roy’s technician, Steven Lakes, not only did fantastic work for my friend today replacing her hose pipes, he was a good samaritan. While he was there I was stranded in the street outside my friend’s home with a dead battery in my car. He offered to assist me in getting my car started. He took time out of his busy day to rescue me and help jumpstart my car. What a gentleman! I even offered to pay him but he wouldn’t take the money. What a wonderful world it would be if more young men were like him. What great employee and testament to Roy’s quality service!

My experience with Roy’s began by 1st meeting Mike who came out to complete an electrical estimate. Mike was very professional, knowledgeable and just as important was customer focused. The install team was Noah and Russ and each exceeded my expectations. They both outlined to me the scope of what each would do and did exactly that. They also were very professional and customer focused and completed a phenomenal job that also included a great cleanup and job completion walk through. I highly recommend Roy’s and thank you all.

Prompt reliable service forms Roy’s. Technician Joel explained everything in detail and installation took about 5 hours. Pricing was not too bad for a new updated fuse box and outside plug. I would recommend Roy’s to friends and family.

We had our bathroom remodeled last summer. Thought I saw a leak around bottom on toilet/bidet. Called Roy’s because they are our ‘go to’ company for plumbing and heating. Steven came out the following day (wasn’t an urgent matter) and he was so professional and knowledgeable. Couldn’t be happier with his explanation and possibilities and the end result. Just had josh B here , all I can say is wow . I've had 4 different plumbing company's come to my home to solve my drain issue and none of them could , josh came over and went above and beyond to solve it the first time in under two hours ! He went in my crawl space to verify if the plumbing was serviceable which he was honest and said it was and went to work ! Great job from roys and Josh don't bother calling the other company's when you can get it done the first time with roys and Josh

Roy’s is great! Jeff S came out today to try to find a gas leak issue on my furnace and did thorough diagnostic testing and was able to find the issue and repair it for me! He actually listened to me when I tried to explain the issue and what the gas company told me as well. Monday I had another well known company come out and try to diagnose the problem and they didn’t listen to me and kinda blew me off when I was explaining what the issue was and what the gas company said. They didn’t correctly check the problem area I suggested and said they fixed the problem when they really didn’t! I will only call Roy’s now for my service needs!!

Ryan and Ryan came to install my AC unit in the morning at the time scheduled. They worked all day without taking a lunch break! Unfortunately, because of the old wiring in my over 100 year old home, they were unable to complete the job after working for about 10 hours. They did fix the heat so that it no longer makes any noise when turning on and scheduled another appointment to finish the wiring. They came back again as scheduled and completed the AC installation in about one hour. It all works great now and is SO QUIET! Both Ryans were very professional, nice and informative. They worked well together and cleaned up everything before leaving each time too. Thank you both for your work!! And thank you also to Gabriel Formanski for giving me such a good quote on the unit and installation! Roys is a very customer friendly organization. Highly rated.

Had a kitchen sink clog and had to call Roys unfortunately on a week end. Roys sent a technician over on a Saturday and after shaking the plumbing three times, problem solved. Excellent company and my #1 choice. First, you get a text message with a picture of your tech so you know who is coming to your door, really appreciate that for safety reasons. Jason came out to quote me for the work needed to be done, emailed to me before he left. The work on my tub was done by Tyler and Austin in a timely manner and with professionalism. Even after the work was done, my tub still couldn’t drain, but they sent out another tech (Jason) with different tools and they were able to get it to drain. I also enrolled with their membership program which I highly recommend! You get an annual service of your furnace and a/c tune up, electrical check, all drains checked, 1 drain clean out for free, and 10% off any additional services. They had called me to schedule all those things within 10mins on the phone. I really appreciate this company and what they offer. Everyone I’ve seen has been so friendly. Highly recommend if you have any plumbing, electrical, cooling or heating needs!

I would like to give a huge Thank you to Roy’s and these wonderful men and the team that helped install my and my tenant’s furnace and water tanks. I originally called in because my tenants furnace died and figured to just replace them both then I woke up the next morning and my water tanks was leaking so I decided to replace both of those also since they were both the same age and old. These men were very informative, patient, polite and so were all the employees who answered the phone wherever I called. I will recommend Roy’s to all home owners I come across. Also as a landlord and working a full time job they were very cooperative with me on my schedule and with allowing someone I know to be there on my behalf to get the projects I needed done. Oh and they finance! Jamie Tulumello, Frank Aquino, Christian Fisher, and Bob Pollak.

Roy’s installed a new electrical panel and re-did all the wires coming into the box. We had a dedicated plug set up for the sump pump as the precious owner had it plugged into a power strip. They added a GFI outlet in the garage and plug for the garage door opener. Precious owner had it rigged with an extension cord. We had a team of 3 men from Roy’s, Noah, Nick and Stephen who were professional and did a great job. Still more things to be done.

There aren't enough stars for this company! Ray was fantastic and really helped us feel at ease regarding an unexpected electrical problem in our home. Noah and the guys came in and did a phenomenal job. Will be returning for all of our future jobs for sure!

Its very urgent mater , i have airbnb house that guest left all the mess because they put tons of toilet paper inside toilet. Got clogged and dirty water overflowing the floor. The smell is unbearable. I called Mr Roy's. They came earlier than expected, took care the bussiness in a very fast manner. Everything explained in details. Roy's replaced my gas lines after we had a gas leak. They were very responsive to my needs and had all the work completed within 48 hours of my initial call to them. All the technicians were very good and did a great job on replacing the pipes and making sure everything was up to code.

As has always been the case, Roy’s gave me great service and completely diagnosed and repair the problem I was experiencing. Matt, the repair man was very pleasant, friendly and an excellent technician.

Great customer service end-to-end. When needing a quote, a technician came out immediately to review the system and advise my options. The price offered was much more competitive than other companies. The team did a great job installing my furnace and air conditioner system the next day and were very professional. Today I had my tub de - clogged / "snaked" by Evan, and the job went smoothly and the problem was fixed in no time. I had my furnace and AC replaced in the fall, same thing, professional, efficient service and job well done! I would recommend Roy's every time!
