They were here 2 days. First day repaired the toilet, and evaluate my sink issue. Taylor told me what needed to be done and explained everything. He got the parts needed came back the next day and installed. He was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. He even tolerated Rufus and Anika trying to assist him. I highly recommend Roy's. Their staff from office to tech are amazing....Thank you for helping so quickly.

Evan D. with Roy’s came over to help fix a leaky faucet upstairs. Showed up on time with text and call updates from Roy’s. Made it super convenient. He was very friendly and was happy to answer my questions. He educated me as well as fixed my leaky faucet with ease. True professional and such a nice guy!

We recently had a plumbing inspection done as an included part of our membership. I was a bit skeptical that it would be just a sales pitch, but it turned out to be a very helpful informative inspection. Josh walked me through everything he noted, gave me a list of things to keep an eye on, provided meaningful advice and left us feeling much better about some concerns I had pre-inspection. Super happy with the membership and service we have received from Roy’s. I recommend them to everyone I can!

The technicians, Jeff wartinger and Joshua, and Evan arrived on time, were polite and efficient. They made the plumbing repair and cleaned up. They had me check out the repair. I was very satisfied with their work and will "just call Roy's" again

Been using Roy’s for years now and have gotten nothing but professionalism, understanding and fair rates. Great financing too! Josh Butry recently cleaned out my sewage lines on a Saturday morning no less. I’m overtly grateful he went above and far beyond what I had expected and was very knowledgeable. I can’t thank him and Roy’s enough for the work they provide. If he doesn’t feel he with what he gets paid he deserves a raise. I will be requesting him specifically moving forward. As someone who just purchased a home, Josh is exactly the kind of person I was hoping to find to help through all of the questions and learning. Roy's Plumbing is fantastic! Everyone from the women who answer the phone to the technicians are so helpful and professional and pleasant. I just love them! Nathan did a wonderful job on the drywall repair on the ceiling in my bathroom. I've had them in before, for my hot water tank, and will definitely keep them on speed dial for any other repairs I need in the home! I trust them to do great work at a great price! Rob Nolan, estimator, was knowledgeable & honest. He went out of his way to help us get the best deal out there right now…60 months 0% interest with a 10 year warranty with service. I was so comfortable with our visit with Rob from 2pm-4pm, I proceeded with installing A/C, purchasing a new furnace & a new hot water heater…AND Rob arranged for Frank Aquino’s team to start at 8am the very next day!! WOW!! Frank & his team were very professional, and courteous. (They were so thankful that I fed them lunch.) Everything went very smoothly & they completed the big job within 8 hours. I will definitely hire Roy’s, a family-based, unionized company, for my future electrical & plumbing needs.

Roy’s been servicing our boiler for years and sold and installed our boiler 2yrs ago. All technicians have been great. Great service.

Working with Roys was great, from scheduling to finishing the job. They were able to provide an estimate, schedule and finish the job in a weeks time! Dan and the Austins did a fantastic job! 😄They had to replace the main drainage pipe in our home. Dan was great at answering all our questions and explaining everything after the job was done. It was a big job and they got it done in less than a day...everyone very nice, efficient and did a great job cleaning up afterwards. Highly recommend!

Josh B. Did a very detailed plumbing inspection for us. He gave us all his recommendations with an explanation (and data) on why. LOVED the low pressure but thoughtful recommendations. Exactly what you are looking for when you bring in a professional.

My bathroom tub drain has been giving me problems for years. It would either drain super slow or not at all, we had to dump the water after bathing. Taylor came out and he told us that something was blocking inside the pipes stopping it from draining and also we had really old pipes that were clogged with build up. He fixed it within 3hrs, he put in all new pipes and showed me everything that was plugging the drain and all the debris it was disgusting. I am very happy with his services and will be using Roys in the future with any of my plumbing needs.

We had a hot water tank emergency and Roy's took care of us quickly! Matt, our service technician, was quick, informative and personable. We will be using this company and Matt specifically again. Would give 6 stars if it were available.

Team (Nick, Eric, Matt, and Paul) was punctual and friendly. They took the time to prevent soiling my floors, etc., and to clean up fully. Nick told us exactly what would be done as he guided us through the choice of services. Eric gave us a thorough explanation of all that had been done. Matt explained how to operate the new electonic thermostat, and Paul was polite and fast as he installed the fire detectors. Have worked with Roy's before, and if needed will certainly do it again. Thank you all!!!

I would highly recommend Roy's. I had a small electric emergency which involved the fire department. Not only did they move their fully booked schedule to accommodate me they were very reasonably priced. I have used Roy's a few times and Ryan Kelly has been the one to come out. He is very knowledgeable and fast at what he does. He also explains everything in a way that anyone would understand.

Jim McNeil was my service rep. He was very professional and knowledgeable! He took the time to explain the problem to me in detail and what he needed to do to fix it! Quoted a fair and reasonable price and offered an extended service program, ( no pressure) but I did buy it. It made sense for me. If I need more work in the future Roy’s is my company and Jim is my preferred service rep.

From start to finish, you really should Just Call Roy's! I needed a new water heater to replace my outdated almost leaking water heater, and was looking at a water powered back-up sump pump. Jim M. came over and quoted me for the work, and explained everything in detail before the work began. He explained why Roy's installs the brands which they do, and the benefits that it has for the homeowner. His detailed explanation put my mind at ease, and I knew Roy's would be the ones to do the work. On the day of installation, Jack and Jeremiah were on time, outlined what was going to be done, and got right to work. They were quick and efficient, and I didn't even notice the water was off while they were working (they were that efficient!). The work areas were cleaned after, and I couldn't be happier with how quick and efficient my new Bradford White water heater is (I guess there is something to be said about American Manufacturing!). I hope never to have to use the water back-up sump pump, but I will certainly sleep easier knowing that it is silently protecting my family should my sump pump fail, or the power go out. I look forward to them performing my HVAC tune up!

Matt Franjoine and Tyler did excellent work at my house today. They installed an Ion6 unit for my tankless water heater, gave me a courtesy de-scaling, and showed me the proper method to perform routine maintenance myself. They also noticed the water pressure was high in my home and installed a pressure reducing valve on the spot. They were very friendly, timely, neat, did high quality work, and didn't leave until they confirmed everything was working as expected. I will be using Roy's plumbing for all of my needs in the future. Highly recommend!

The entire AC installation experience was seamless! The Comfort Advisor did a great job reviewing the work to be done and explaining all of the various options I had. They answered all of my questions and went into depth and worked to fit the AC install into my schedule. The technicians that came arrived on-time and were courteous, easy to talk to, and quick! It maybe took them 4 hours - 4.5 hours to install the AC unit and it's various components. Since the weather was too cool, they have to send a technician out again to complete the final setup of the AC unit with my Nest thermostat, but that's to ensure it runs as efficient as possible, so no complaints here. The technicians though were clean and great in going over the work they did and answered all of my questions! All-in-all, a great experience with Roy's and I wouldn't hesitate to use them again! 02/2023 Update: I've continued to have great experiences with Roy's and am excited for my home plumbing to be re-piped by Jeff and his crew. 09/2025 Update: Evan Doud was friendly and professional! He was on time, actually a little early, for his timeframe and made quick work of checking my slow bathroom sink drain. I ended up having the drain replaced as certain components were warping, which was causing my issue - Evan took care of it all in an hour. All-in-all, another great experience!

I cannot say enough good things about all of the employees at Roy’s! Every technician that came to our home was friendly and knowledgeable. We had a sump pump that was running every couple of minutes. They were the first company to diagnose the issue (broken pipe) and to provide a solution to address the root cause. The new sump pump and outdoor pipes completely fixed the problem. They are also fairly priced. I highly recommend them!

Quick and professional.

Despite the mode on the thermostat showing 'off', the fan randomly started running this morning. Manny checked wiring on the thermostat and the furnace and made some minor adjustments. He also gave me a few scenarios that could have been the cause and what to watch for if it happens again. Very friendly and knowledgeable. 👍👍

Dave and Ryan were here today to replace the duct work supplying heat to 2 rooms . ( crawl Space !! ) not fun ! They did a great job ! Roy’s was well represented today ! Thank you !

I just had Evan Doud, a technician from Roy's, come out and fix a plumbing problem I had with my bathtub faucet. Evan was highly professional and very informative. He explained my options for the type of repair I might want/need with no pressure to choose any particular one, just what I thought was best for my needs. Evan has been out here a few times, and each time he is so personable and polite. Evan is a great credit to Roy's Heating, Cooling and Electrical.

Josh b came out for an estimate on adding a shower in our basement. His professionalism, honesty, and integrity is beyond reproach! Listened to our wants and needs and put together a plan within our budget that fit our needs to a tee. So happy he came out as our estimator. A+++++

Steve M came out to diagnose our very old AC unit, which wasn't blowing cold air. He arrived quickly and was super helpful and efficient. He took the time to explain my options and reviewed all possible routes with me. He got it working again, though we do want to replace it due to age and efficiency. Nick came out a few days later to go over quotes for a new unit. He was also wonderful - very detailed and honest! We're still exploring options, but we're grateful for their time and wonderful service.

Called Roy’s for an air conditioning problem. Their technician Dennis Covell was very professional and knowledgeable and took time to answer my questions and explain my options. Have used Roy’s for plumbing and electrical issues and have always received the same great service!

Update: We were so happy with our plumbing job months ago, we just had them redo our electrical panel and all electrical outside and in. They did a fantastic job. Nick Orcutt and Austin installed my tankless water heater in a few hours with no problem. They were efficient and respectful of my property, answering any questions I had during the install . Additionally, Matt Franjoine was called out for a follow up and resolved my concerns promptly.

I wanted to say WOW Roy’s for the excellent work extremely professional staff and a job well done. I had to have my trap relocated outside and sewer repaired and this company came out and did this all in one day. The people at my home awesome if I could give this company 10 stars I would. I went back and forth with other “big name” companies in the area and had horrible experience and service. No one was able to tell me exactly what the issue was and the repairs they offered at an extremely expensive price and then trying to get someone to get back in touch with me was a nightmare. Not only was Roy’s cheaper but they did more than the other companies were saying their repairs would be. Go with Roy’s I am telling never felt better forking over 6k lol. Thanks guys you have gained a forever customer..

The guys were wonderful and really exceeded my expectations when they found part of the duct work with a large gap, definitely affecting the ammt of air to the bedroom. They repaired it (even though they didn’t have to). The addition of the duct booster and the repair of the gap was a game changer!!! I removed the bedroom window ac unit! It’s absolutely perfect! Thank you Roy’s! I can’t say enough about the entire experience from start to finish. (Just unload the AI, assistant that u use on occasion! The (real people ) women I have spoken to on the phone are wonderful, polite and knowledgeable ! A+++!! )

My appointment was originally to fix my shower diverter.Thomas Olson did a great job as far as explaining my options and what would need to be done to fix my issues. He did not pressure me into spending money I may or may not have. I did purchase a new kitchen faucet which he was able to install for me. I was very happy with the work he did and would definitely recommend.
